On the 4th of July, SafetyCulture will open the doors to a new office in the UK. Manchester will now be home to our newest SafetyCulture location, and a natural step to localise support for our European customers. The new office is a key addition to our growing company to increase its momentum and to further support customers and partners worldwide.

This move brings SafetyCulture’s support team closer to home. From next week onwards, we will have 24-hour customer support 5 days a week for our European customers. Head of SafetyCulture support, Chris Ryan is excited to now provide the increased level of support our customers have been asking for, “'Our customers are at the heart of everything we do which is why I'm so thrilled to be expanding our regional support. The Support Team have previously only been online for part of the working day in Europe - we are now available outside business hours.”

Over 20% of SafetyCulture customers are based in Europe and we have seen tremendous growth in the use of SafetyCulture iAuditor to create safer and higher quality workplaces. We look forward to further expansion of our team in Europe in the coming months and working even closer with our European customers.
