How does Mitti pricing work?

Mitti offers two pricing methods: User-based pricing : you pay for the number of team members who need access to Mitti, and can mix Full and Guest seats as you see fit. Location-based pricing : you pay one fixed price for each location, and everyone working there is included, no matter how your headcount changes. What are the main differences between the Premium and Enterprise Plans?

What’s the difference between seat types and plan types?

Seat types define how individual team members interact with Mitti (by SafetyCulture), based on their role and needs. For example, with the Premium plan, you can assign a mix of Guest and Full seats—giving occasional users basic access with Guest seats while providing core team members Full seat access to advanced features. Together, plan types set the overall capabilities for your team, while seat types ensure each person has the right level of access to get their job done. This flexibility allows you to scale efficiently and only pay for what your team truly needs.

What happens if I need more AI credits?

When your team needs more than their monthly credit allowance, there are two ways to top up. Buy credits as you go at $0.01 USD per credit, billed in arrears at the end of each month; or Pre-purchase a credit subscription and save - monthly subscriptions start from USD45/ month for 5,000 Credits (saving 10%) and annual subscriptions start from USD480/ year for 10,000 Credits per month (saving 20%). Credits reset monthly and any unused credits don't carry over. Additional charges never apply automatically. An admin has to enable them first. Learn more about how AI credits work .

What happens if I cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

If you’re on a monthly plan, you will be able to continue accessing the product until your next renewal date. If you’re on an annual plan, you will be able to continue accessing the product until your next annual renewal date.

Can some of my team members be on a Free Plan and some on a Premium or Enterprise Plan?

No, all team members must be on the same plan to ensure seamless access to shared information.

Who pays for our plan?

Accepted Answer

One person in your Mitti (by SafetyCulture) team (or organization), called the billing administrator, pays for all seats on the plan under a single monthly or annual billing statement.

Is there a limit to the number of users I can have under my organization?

Accepted Answer

For Premium & Enterprise Plans, there is no limit to your team size. For Free Plans you can add up to 10 users in your team.

Can I trial Premium before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can try our Premium Plan out for free. We’ll collect your credit card details initially to make sure your transition is smooth. If our Premium Plan doesn’t suit you, you can return ( downgrade ) to your Free Plan anytime before the trial ends, and you will not be charged.

During my trial, is there a limit to the number of users I can add to my plan?

No, you can set up as many seats as you like during your trial, where you will not be charged. All of the seats you add will have access to Premium Plan features. You can keep adding or removing seats from your organization for the duration of the trial period. The total number of registered seats at the end of the trial period will determine your charges moving forward.

Are we able to set up invoicing payment?

Yes, invoicing is available for teams with an annual contract value greater than $5,000 on annual paid plans. Please reach out to our support team who will be happy to set this up for you.

Which currencies do you offer for billing?

We support billing in AUD for Australian and New Zealander customers and USD for all other international customers.
