One Point Lesson Template

Both managers and employees, especially in manufacturing, can use this one point template to do the following: 1) Create a one point lesson by capturing photos of the bad example and good example, as well as typing in a brief summary of the one point lesson, 2) Get the one point lesson approved by asking the department head or manager to add their digital signature that's automatically time-stamped, and 3) Add training records in the final page and specify the dates, trainers, and trainees.
