Using Mitti (by SafetyCulture)’s Practical Assessments, your managers can evaluate their crew members’ skills on the job with their phone. Access the digital checklist instantly by scanning the QR code. They can record how assembly workers handle repetitive lifting and immediately address unsafe techniques identified during spot checks.
Promote smoother operations with this warehouse management training course from Mitti (by SafetyCulture). Efficient and safe movement of pallet stackers is key to minimizing traffic incidents on a busy manufacturing floor, where vehicles and pedestrians often share crowded spaces.
This four-part course explains the different roles in traffic management, how to handle traffic risks, and the basics of vehicle operation. It also shares how signage and high-visibility markings are essential for avoiding collisions and near-miss events. To test your team’s understanding of the lessons, the course wraps up with a final assessment.
360training’s course focuses on the OSHA requirements for pallet stacking. Your team can learn the importance of conducting pre-shift inspections, components of walkie stackers, and common hazards. After completing the modules, your operators can download their digital certificate.
Promote safe equipment handling within the warehouse. As your pallet stacker operators routinely move heavy loads through narrow aisles, mixed inventory zones, and active machinery, it’s essential to double down on your warehouse safety procedures.
This course offers a detailed overview of the warehouse layout, safe handling of equipment, and hazard recognition. Your crew can also learn about personal protective equipment and emergency response actions.
Discover expert techniques on adopting correct lifting, carrying, and lowering strategies. Whether your team is moving raw materials, handling heavy machine parts, or managing finished goods, manual handling is a core part of your manufacturing operations.
The lessons cover the entire cycle of manual handling, from pinpointing hazards on a busy floor to implementing risk elimination measures such as tool-assisted lifting or team lifts for unmanageable loads.
New Zealand-based operators can try this forklift driver training course from TR Group Driver Training. Its lessons discuss the different types of equipment, pallet stacker parts, pre-operational checks, loading, and stacking rules. Upon completion, your operators will receive a certificate that satisfies the training and induction requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
Enhance your control measures with this risk assessment course tailored for manufacturing teams. Its lessons offer practical, step-by-step guidance on recognizing and evaluating hazards that can affect equipment health and operational continuity.
The course relates risk management to regulatory compliance. It emphasizes how errors, such as improper handling of hazardous substances or unguarded machines, can lead to costly legal penalties.
Fortunately, you can keep everyone aligned during pallet stacker operations using a risk assessment checklist. Before each shift, operators use the checklist to inspect equipment, confirm load stability, and verify that travel paths are clear. This organized procedure promotes consistency in inspections while promoting transparency and accountability.
With this walkie stacker course, your warehouse and production workers can learn about safe pallet stacking practices. The lessons cover safety standards, maintenance, and safe operating procedures. However, unlike the other courses on this list, Leavitt Machinery’s training is available only on-site.
This electric pallet stacker training course aims to enhance pedestrian-operated truck safety. Through four chapters, your drivers can learn about safe operation techniques, principles of stability, pre-use inspections, and load stability. To access the materials, a stable internet connection is required.
This last course for UK-based workers specializes in pedestrian pallet stackers. Its manufacturing safety topics focus on load instability, pre-use inspections, and risk management. Plus, it explains the duties of employers and employees according to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

Pallet stacker training focuses on teaching operators how to handle powered pallet stackers safely and effectively for moving and stacking materials. This training covers proper equipment operation, site safety inspections, load stability, and managing confined spaces in production environments.
Proper training gives your pallet stacker operators the unique skills to maneuver equipment efficiently. It allows them to stack heavy components in tight storage aisles without risking injury or product loss. So here are four benefits of investing in this type of training:
Improved safety compliance: Pallet truck training equips your operators with knowledge of safety protocols and hazard recognition. This lowers the risk of workplace injuries and equipment damage during pallet handling.
Enhanced operational efficiency: Skilled operators can move and stack materials more quickly and accurately to support production flow.
Reduced equipment downtime: Proper handling techniques taught in training can prevent misuse and mechanical stress on pallet stackers. Plus, it extends the equipment's lifespan and minimizes costly repairs.
Better load management: With training, your operators can learn to efficiently assess load stability. This avoids product damage and promotes safe stacking in confined spaces.
Anyone on your team who’s responsible for operating, inspecting, or maintaining pallet stackers should undergo specialized training. Specifically, here are the key roles that can benefit from this:
Forklift drivers (change in assignment)
Pallet stacker operators
Material handlers
Warehouse operators
Production line workers
Maintenance technicians
Safety supervisors and trainers
